Actions Taken by the State Board of Cemeterians at its January 22 Meeting

Atlanta�The State Board of Cemeterians held its quarterly meeting on Tuesday, January 22, 2008.

The Board voted to close the following enforcement cases:

Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Savannah: Evidence insufficient to establish a violation of the Georgia Cemetery and Funeral Services Act.
Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Savannah: Complaint was not a violation of the Georgia Cemetery and Funeral Services Act and other issues were resolved.
Kennesaw Memorial Park, Kennesaw: The Board lacks jurisdiction.
Arlington Memorial Park, Atlanta: Investigation did not indicate a violation of the Georgia Cemetery and Funeral Services Act.
