The Board voted to adopt the following rule revision:

Rule 510-5-.04, Maintenance and Retention of Records: The previous language of this rule has been changed to reflect changes made in the American Psychological Association Ethics Code for the maintenance and retention of records of a Psychologist.

The purpose of the rule is to clarify the requirements of maintenance and retention of a Psychologist.

The Georgia State Board of Examiners of Psychologists will hold their next meeting on Friday, February 15, 2008 at 8:30 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards in Macon.
