Actions Taken by the Georgia State Board of Physical Therapy at its March 24 Meeting

Macon, Ga.—The Georgia State Board of Physical Therapy met on Tuesday, March 24, 2009.

The Board voted to accept the following public consent agreements:

• Dana Davis, Atlanta: One year probation. 
• David Williams, Statesboro: Ninety day suspension followed by a period of 5 years probation.  
• Scott D. Tennis, Towson, Maryland: Acknowledges public consent order issued in Maryland.

The Georgia State Board of Physical Therapy will hold its next meeting Tuesday, May 19, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards in Macon.
