Actions Taken by the Georgia State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors at its November 10 Meeting

Macon, Ga.—The Georgia State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors met on Tuesday, November 10, 2009.

The Board reviewed and approved 54 applicants for registration as a professional engineer by comity; 22 applicants seeking certification for professional engineer by exam and six applicants seeking certification for engineer-in-training by exam.

The Board voted to approve the following consent order for prior disciplinary actions in another state:

• W. Gray Hodges, Evansville, IN: 24 months probation

The Georgia State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors will hold its next meeting Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at 9:30 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards Division office in Macon.
