Actions Taken by the Georgia State Board for the Certification of Librarians at its December 10 Meeting

Macon, Ga.—The Georgia State Board for the Certification of Librarians met on Wednesday, December 10, 2008 via telephone.

The Board voted to set the following meeting dates for 2009:

• Wednesday, March 25, 2009
• Wednesday, June 3, 2009
• Wednesday, September 2, 2009
• Wednesday, December 2, 2009 (Teleconference)

The Board voted to re-elect George Gaumond of Valdosta as Chairman for 2009.

The Georgia State Board for the Certification of Librarians will hold its next meeting on Wednesday, March 25, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards in Macon.
