Macon, Ga.—The Georgia State Board for the Certification of Librarians held its meeting on Friday, November 7.

The Board elected George Gaumond of Valdosta as Chairman and Marsha L. Christy of Perry as Vice Chairman effective January 1, 2008.

The Board’s next meeting is Wednesday, April 16, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards in Macon.
