Actions Taken by the Georgia Board of Dentistry at its August 7 Meeting

Macon, Ga.—The Georgia Board of Dentistry met on Friday, August 7, 2009.

The Board voted to approve 65 applications for licensure as dentists, 113 applications for licensure as dental hygienists, one application for licensure as dental faculty, three applications for general anesthesia permits, two applications for conscious sedation permits, five applications for enteral/inhalation conscious sedation permits and one reinstatement.

The Georgia Board of Dentistry will hold its next meeting Friday, September 11, 2009 at 9:30 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards in Macon.
