Macon, Ga.—The Georgia State Board of Cosmetology met on Wednesday, September 9, 2009.

The Board voted to end the probation sanction for the following licensees:

• Amy Beth Baker, Peachtree City
• Stephen Joseph Noah, Snellville

The Board voted to release the following licensee from probation imposed by the non-payment of a student loan:

• Melody Thomas, Macon

The Board voted to dismiss citations against the following establishments:

• Snip-Its Buckhead, LLC Salon, Atlanta
• Nail Spa Salon, Danielsville
• Selena’s Salon, Macon
• Nail Luv, McDonough
• All Styles Beauty Salon, Sandersville

The Board voted to reduce the fine against the following establishment:

The Board voted to deny the following applications for licensure:
