Actions Taken by the Georgia State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors at its March 2 Meeting

Macon, Ga.—The Georgia State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors held its meeting on Wednesday, March 2, 2011.

The Residential Division voted to ratify the issuance of 58 residential basic licenses and 40 residential light licenses.

The General Division ratified the issuance of 72 general contractor licenses.

The Residential Division ratified the acceptance of the following voluntary cease and desist orders for unlicensed practice:

• David Bacon, Canton
• Danny McCranie, Cochran

The Georgia State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors will hold its next meeting via conference call on Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards Division office in Macon.
