Actions Taken by the State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors at its June 3 Meeting
Macon, Ga.—The State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors met on Wednesday, June 3, 2009.
The Board voted to ratify 94 general contractor licenses.
The Board voted to accept the following public consent orders for probationary licensure:
- Nathaniel Dugger, Macon.
- Jason Dale Gibson, Moultrie
- James Wellman Gosnell, Fayetteville.
The Board accepted the cease and desist order for the following unlicensed practice:
Bob Barnard of Fayetteville was elected Board Chair. David Cyr of Perry was elected Vice-Chair.
The Residential Division of the State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors will hold its next meeting Wednesday, July 1, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards Division in Macon, Georgia.
