Actions Taken by the State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors at its December 3 Meeting

Macon, Ga.—The State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors met on Wednesday, December 3, 2008.

The Board voted to approve 114 residential-basic licenses and 86 residential-light licenses.

The Board voted to accept a Voluntary Surrender of the following individual’s license:

• Charles David Estapa, Woodstock. Mr. Estapa is the Qualifying Agent for Cannon/Estapa General Contractors, Inc. and CE II, LLC.

The Board voted to accept the following Public Consent Order for probationary licensure:

• William Theodore Carter, Mineral Bluff.

The State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors will hold its next meeting Wednesday, January 7, 2009 at 8:00 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards Division in Macon.
