Actions Taken by the Georgia State Construction Industry Licensing Board Division of Master Plumbers and Journeyman Plumbers Contractors at its August 24 Meeting

Macon, Ga. —The Georgia State Construction Industry Licensing Board Division of Master Plumbers and Journeyman Plumbers held its meeting via conference call on Wednesday, August 24, 2011.

The board voted to ratify the issuance of four journeyman plumber licenses and eight non-restricted master plumber licenses.

The board voted to suspend the license of the following due to non-payment of child support:

  • James Kerry Sweat

The board voted to accept the following consent order for renewal of licensure for arrest, conviction and pleas:

  • William Samuel Blitch

The board voted to accept the following consent orders for licensure for arrest, conviction and pleas:

  • Michael Anthony Hearing

The board voted to accept the following consent order for practicing beyond the scope of a journeyman plumber licensure:

The board voted to accept the following cease and desist orders for unlicensed practice:
