Actions Taken by the Georgia State Construction Industry Licensing Board Division of Master Plumbers and Journeyman Plumbers Contractors at its August 19 Meeting

Macon, Ga.—The Georgia State Construction Industry Licensing Board Division of Master Plumbers and Journeyman Plumbers Contractors met on Wednesday, August 19, 2009.

The Board voted to approve the following applications for licensure as a Journeyman Plumber:

  • Joseph Turner, Acworth
  • Brian Gregory, Atlanta
  • Harold Hardwick, Atlanta
  • Heath Furr, Dallas
  • Clifford Brooks, Douglassville
  • Charles Bryson, Gainesville
  • Jason Goodman, Kennesaw
  • Jeffrey Day, Oxford
  • Richard Hutcheson, Porterdale
  • John White, Roswell
  • Dustin Baldino, Warner Robins

 The Board voted to approve the following applications for licensure as a Master Plumber Non- Restricted:

The Board voted to approve the following cease and desist orders for unlicensed practice:

The Board voted to approve the following Consent Order due to criminal convictions:

  • Howard E. Nather, Fayetteville: Probation concurrent with criminal probation.

The Board voted to approve the following consent order for practicing beyond the scope of practice:

  • Gabriel Harris, Bolingbroke: Twenty-four months probation with a $500.00 fine.
