Actions Taken by the Georgia Construction Industry Licensing Board Division of Utility Contractors at its July 22 Meeting

Macon, Ga.—The Georgia Construction Industry Licensing Board Division of Utility Contractors met on Wednesday, July 22, 2009.

 The Board voted to approve 13 utility manager applications for licensure; 87 utility foreman applications for licensure and 22 utility contractor applications for licensure.

The Board voted to accept cease and desist orders from the following individuals for unlicensed practice:

• Tunco Company, Bluff, AL
• Ben Stackpole d/b/a H& K Construction, Gray
• Andy Poe, Poe Construction LLC, Hawkinsville
• Fred White d/b/a White Construction, Macon
• Reid Construction Inc, Villa Rica

The Georgia State Construction Industry Licensing Board Division will hold its next meeting Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards in Macon.
