Actions Taken by the Georgia State Construction Industry Licensing Board Division of Low Voltage Contractors at its March 18 Meeting
Macon, Ga.—The Georgia State Construction Industry Licensing Board Division of Low Voltage Contractors met on Wednesday, March 18, 2009.
The Board approved 68 applications for low voltage unrestricted licensure; 36 applications for low voltage alarm licensure; 27 applications for low voltage general licensure; and 21 applications for low voltage telecommunications licensure.
The Board approved the following cease and desist orders for unlicensed practice:
- Bernard Buck, Norcross
- Brenda West, Macon
The Board accepted a consent order from the following licensee for assisting unlicensed practice:
- Scott Roether d/b/a TEM Systems, Inc, Kennesaw: Probationary licensure and $500 fine.
The Georgia State Construction Industry Licensing Board Division of Low Voltage Contractors will hold its next meeting Wednesday, May 27, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards in Macon.
