Actions Taken by the Georgia State Board of Accountancy at its November 18 Meeting

Macon, Ga.—The Georgia State Board of Accountancy met on Wednesday, November 18, 2009.

The Board voted to approve 212 applications for certificates as Certified Public Accountants.

The Board voted to accept the following cease and desist order for unlicensed practice:

• Eric Brown d/b/a American Business & Accounting Services, Atlanta

The Board voted to accept the following consent order for unprofessional conduct:

• David Mobley, Jr. d/b/a Mobley & Company, Roswell

The Georgia State Board of Accountancy will hold its next meeting Wednesday, January 27, 2010 at 9:30 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards Division office in Macon.
