Due to the extremely high volume of on-line annual registrations processed on March 31, 2008, some customers experienced time-out errors and delays in processing. In all, there were more than 18,301 entities that attempted to file their Annual Registration on March 31, 2008. All, but 586 (3.2%) were processed successfully. As a result, 586 entities need to re-file their Annual Registrations. None of these were charged for the attempted filing. Please click on the following link to see if entity needs to file your Annual Registration again. If your entity name appears on the list below, please re-file your Annual Registration immediately to avoid further action from the Office of Secretary of State. You will not be charged any late fees or penalties for filing after April 1st.
