Orientations do not have to be scheduled in advance, and groups of all sizes are welcome. Orientations are recommended for:
Capitol Orientations Are Available Monday – Friday 9:00am 1:30pm Self-Guided Tour Information Click here for additional information about Capitol Tours/Orientations. Self-guided tours are available year-round and do not require a reservation. Groups of any size may take a free, self-guided tour Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Visitors may obtain a self-guided tour brochure at the Capitol Tour Desk located at the Washington Street entrance. Please note that the Capitol is closed on weekends and state holidays.
