Articles of Agreement regarding Georgia's Western Lands

In 1802 Georgia ceded her claims to lands between Georgia’s present-day western border and the Mississippi River to the United States government in these Articles of Agreement. These lands included the territory involved in the Yazoo Land Fraud dispute.
