All morning group tours have been booked between now and March 1, 2010. We still have limited morning spaces available in March.

Tours only need to be scheduled by groups of ten or more. Walk-in tours are available for groups of less than ten at 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, and 1:00 PM.

Tours are available Monday through Friday except on official state holidays.

During the General Assembly’s legislative session (January through March) we are pleased to offer Capitol orientations to visitors. These orientations include a brief description of the Capitol and General Assembly in the rotunda. This orientation will not include a guided visit to the galleries. Gallery visits will have to be arranged through the House and Senate doorkeepers. Orientations will last between 20 and 25 minutes

During the rest of the year (April through December) tours are available that include a full tour of the building including a stop in either the Senate or House galleries. Tours will last between 30-40 minutes.

If you are planning to meet with an elected official while at the Capitol please make arrangements with that individual’s office. It is best to schedule the meeting after your orientation/tour time taking into account the length of your orientation/tour.

Please allow 48 hours for your online request to be processed. If you use this form please do not submit an e-mail or phone request for the same tour.
